1. Choose your AI

Connect Claude

Custom remote connectors are available on supported Claude plans; workspace policy may require admin approval.

  1. Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Name it TokScout and paste the connection URL below.
  3. Complete TokScout sign-in and approval. Open a new chat and enable TokScout.

2. Check the connection

Paste this into your AI chat. It checks your account without using a live report. TokScout shows a verified connection after the first authenticated tool call.

3. Make something useful

Start with evidence you already have. TokScout supplies the workflow instructions automatically; no long setup prompt is needed.

If I have no report, show stored examples for my niche and ask me which direction to explore. Do not start live research.

If something goes wrong

Connected, but no tools appear

Open a new chat, enable TokScout, and check your client’s plan and admin settings. Sign in with the same account you use on TokScout.

Research is taking a while

Ask “List my active TokScout research jobs.” Your AI can recover the job and report its progress. You can request cancellation; processing already underway must finish before the account unlocks.

My live allowance is used

You can still open saved reports and request evidence-only follow-ups. Ask explicitly to use the same evidence. Fresh research requires available allowance and an eligible plan.

I want to disconnect or prevent spending

Signed-in users can set a verified client to Read only or Blocked above. Blocking rejects future TokScout tool calls; it does not erase data the client already received. Remove the connector in your AI client to disconnect OAuth as well.

Pro’s standard allowance is 5 live reports per day and 75 per month, shared with the website. Your account’s usage response is authoritative. One research job can run per account at a time. Connected clients can read your saved reports, conversation messages and returned brand context. Captions and performance counts are evidence snapshots, not guarantees.
